What is procerin?

Procerin is a hair loss treatment formula specially designed for men. It is gaining popularity because of its effectiveness and fast result against receding hairline. Procerin is specially formulated to target the root cause of hair loss. But in order for you to better understand how it works, let us first review what causes hair loss.

Around 95 % of hair loss in men is caused by a hereditary condition called androgenic alopecia also known as male pattern baldness. Each hair follicle has androgen receptors which attract a hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT).

DHT handles the development of secondary male sex characteristics, including hair growth. But, in people with androgenetic alopecia, the hair follicles are sensitive to DHT. Thus attracting to itself a higher level of DHT than normal.

An enzyme called 5-alpha-reductase further aggravates the condition by converting testosterone to DHT. This abnormally high level of DHT in the scalp damages the hair follicles, causing them to shrink. As a result, the hair strands become thinner and shorter. In the advanced stage, the affected hair follicle stops producing hair.

Side Effects

Procerin contains herbs and minerals that act as DHT blockers. They bind to the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase to prevent it from converting testosterone to DHT. It is classified as a natural food supplement so it is free from any side effects. Aside from blocking the production of excess DHT.

It contains ingredients that increase hair regrowth by reviving the damaged hair follicles. Procerin’s mechanism of action doesn’t affect the testosterone level. So it doesn’t result in reduced libido, unlike other hair loss treatment products.

Procerin comes in 3 different forms: tablets, shampoo, and topical serum that is massaged on the scalp. The most commonly used is the tablet form because it also has other benefits to the body such as boosting your immune system. The specialist recommends taking twice a day with meals to prevent stomach discomfort. Changing your shampoo to the one that contains procerin is also advisable for better results.

You can expect hair growth after taking procerin as early as 2 weeks. But it may be as long as 3 months depending on the degree of follicle damage. This is faster than other formulations like Rogaine which can take up to 4 months or 6 months in Propecia.

It is important also to note that hair grows at a rate of ½ inch per month. So it is recommended to use procerin for several months until full restoration of the hair follicles is achieved.

You can stop taking procerin once the desired effect has already been achieved. Most users report that they don’t experience hair loss after they stopped taking procerin. However, if the cause of hair loss is genetic in nature. There is a chance that the condition might return several months after stopping procerin use. In this case, continuous use may be necessary, at least in shampoo or serum form.
